Professional Development

The school is fully committed to the training and development of both teaching and support staff. We have recently been awarded the Investors in People standard for the second time in recognition of the priority we give to Professional Development and school improvement.

All staff joining the school receive a comprehensive induction programme and a range of professional development opportunities. Training is also available through the school's involvement in the SHAPE partnership (Surrey Heath Area Partnership for Education).
