Use of the LRC

Newspapers and Periodicals

The latest news in a variety of papers are available daily, together with a variety of periodicals.

Information and Fiction Books

In the library section, a very wide range of both fiction and non-fiction books can be found.

Computers

All students of Tomlinscote are expected to develop computing skills and we provide equipment and support to help you. All stations on the network give you access to your work, software and have Internet access via 8mbps Broadband link, which is why we place great importance on every student and their parent/guardian signing a form to show they have read and agreed to abide by the code of practice before they are allowed to use the computers. We do run a filtering system on the network but it is not always possible to stop all undesirable material getting through.
